Former Pakistan cricket captain and legendary all-rounder Wasim Akram has been reunited with his missing pet dog, Duke, after the animal went missing from Karachi’s DHA Phase 8 area a few days ago.
The black German Shepherd puppy, aged around four to five months, was successfully recovered and handed back to the family by a local resident who found him. Following the recovery, Akram expressed his sincere gratitude on social media, extending special thanks to the Sahil Police Station for their assistance during the search.
Earlier, the cricketer had posted an urgent appeal on his official Instagram account seeking the public’s help to locate the puppy, even announcing a reward of PKR 250,000 for information leading to his safe return.
