Security forces executed a series of high-precision intelligence-based operations (IBOs) under ‘Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3’ across Balochistan, neutralizing nine terrorists and destroying key insurgent hideouts.
According to official security sources, a major operation was launched in the rugged mountain range spanning between Ziarat and Harnai after actionable intelligence confirmed the presence of militant cadres. Forces surrounded the hideout and engaged the militants, resulting in the elimination of eight terrorists and the complete destruction of their operational base.
In a separate targeted action in Surab district, security forces established effective blockades between Dasht Katayi and Hajika village. Spotting militant movement, forces engaged the suspects in Hajika village, killing one terrorist. Cache recoveries from the operation sites included weapons, ammunition, magazines, hand grenades, walkie-talkie communication devices, and motorcycles. Security agencies reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining uninterrupted counter-terrorism operations until lasting peace is secured across the province.
