Actor Mushtaq Khan, who gained fame for his memorable role as ‘Babloo’ in the Bollywood film Welcome, has passed away in Mumbai at the age of 56.
According to Indian media reports, the actor had been battling cancer for a long time, and the illness had recently intensified. He was undergoing treatment at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital, where he passed away on September 24.
Throughout his career spanning several decades, Mushtaq Khan worked in numerous Bollywood films as well as on television, carving out a distinct identity among audiences through various memorable characters.
