A grave abduction case has come to light in Rawalpindi, where a woman and her two minor daughters were allegedly kidnapped two weeks ago, with police sources expressing deep concern over a possible foul play and murder angle.
According to details, a formal First Information Report (FIR) regarding the disappearance was registered on September 12 at the Saddar Baruni police station. The victims include 18-month-old Ayat Noor, 4-year-old Shifa Noor, and their mother, Nabila Shaheen.
Initial investigations indicate that police have expanded their probe by questioning close relatives due to suspicions that the mother may have been harmed following the abduction. Investigators are heavily exploring the hypothesis that the kidnapping scheme was orchestrated to usurp and seize property, while the whereabouts of the two minor girls remain unknown as search and recovery efforts continue.
