According to cumulative statistics up to this stage of the conflict, India sustained massive military and material damage, losing a total of 453 tanks and 106 warplanes, while 18 Indian tanks fell directly into Pakistani hands. Along the Sialkot and Jammu sectors, the Pakistan Army maintained relentless pressure, capturing additional territory from the enemy and causing severe financial and strategic losses.
In the Wagah Border and Atari sectors, Pakistani forces destroyed 7 Indian tanks and took 10 Indian soldiers as prisoners of war. Heavy artillery fire continuously pounded enemy positions, successfully repulsing four successive Indian attacks in Khem Karan. Operations in Fazilka, Rajasthan, and Akhnur continued to yield tactical victories, while an assault by the Pakistan Army on an Indian battalion in the Rajouri sector neutralized 3 enemy soldiers.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) executed a daring and masterclass raid targeting the Ambala Indian Air Force base. The strategic strike inflicted irreparable damage on 4 Canberra bomber aircraft and crucial infrastructure at the facility.
