In a historic achievement, Muhammad Ahmad Khan has become the first Pakistani national to win the World Deaf Leadership Scholarship at Gallaudet University, USA.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah formally congratulated Khan during a meeting at CM House with a delegation from the Pakistan Association of the Deaf, attended by cabinet ministers Nasir Hussain Shah and Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar.
Lauding the milestone as an honor for the nation, CM Murad Ali Shah reaffirmed the Sindh government’s commitment to inclusive education and disability rights. He directed provincial authorities to launch enhanced vocational and leadership programs tailored for the hearing-impaired to foster youth empowerment across the province.
