Questioning how two distinct power of attorney (wakalatnama) documents were biometrically verified for a single inmate inside Central Jail Adiala, the court inquired how jail authorities permitted dual filings. In response to the procedural anomaly, the court issued a formal notice to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail, seeking a detailed explanatory report regarding the verification process before proceedings resume.
