nvestigation Police in Karachi’s Ittehad Town have safely located and recovered a woman and her two-month-old daughter, resolving a missing persons case that began in late July.
The woman, Malaika Umaima, had gone missing alongside her infant daughter on July 21 from the Ittehad Town neighborhood. Following an official report by her family, a kidnapping case was registered at the local police station, triggering an investigation led by District Keamari Police.
SSP Investigation Masroor Ahmed Jatoi confirmed that the investigation team utilized technical tracking methods to pinpoint the whereabouts of the mother and child.
Upon being safely recovered, the woman stated during initial inquiries that domestic conflicts at home had prompted her to leave voluntarily. Police are proceeding with standard legal protocols before reuniting them with family.
